Delivery & Personal Demonstration
Once your order is placed and a delivery date is confirmed, you’ll receive a 30–60 minute home appointment with one of our trained UK engineers.

On the day of delivery, your engineer will:

• Assemble and set up your Electric Mobility Scooter
• Provide a live, hands-on demonstration tailored to your needs
• Guide you through safe operation and key features
• Offer a comprehensive test drive and Q&A session

To make the most of your session, we recommend preparing any questions beforehand.

1-Year Warranty with 3 Free Engineer Call-Outs
Your scooter includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for added peace of mind, along with 3 free UK engineer call-outs during the warranty period. These visits are for technical assistance or support, but do not include routine servicing.
